Job Title: Sr. Partnership Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled candidate to join our dynamic team as Sr. Partnership Development Specialist, focusing on managing key partnerships with organizations and leveraging strategic partnerships in the Fintech sector.

This role is crucial for enhancing our strategic positioning by ensuring alignment with various organizations.

The ideal candidate should have good connections in this sector and be able to develop and nurture relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and organizations to meet mutual goals.
    • Serve as the primary contact, facilitating communication and addressing concerns.
    • Provide guidance to partners to maximize the value of our digital payment solutions for services.
  2. Strategic Partnership Development
    • Leverage partnerships to foster collaboration, service adoption, and innovation in the public sector.
    • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with our goals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital financial solutions for government disbursements, payments, and citizen engagement.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Internal Engagement
    • Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, legal, etc.).
  4. Contract Negotiation & Compliance
    • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and SLAs with partners, ensuring favorable terms and regulatory compliance.
    • Ensure all partnerships adhere to internal policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Policy, or related field. Fresh candidates are preferred. Eagerness to learn and ability to pursue new accounts.
