Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager

This role focuses on managing key partnerships with government agencies and their associated organizations while leveraging strategic partnerships in the fintech sector.

The ideal candidate needs to have good relationships in this sector. The role is integral to enhancing our company's strategic positioning by ensuring alignment with government agencies and their associated organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and their associated organizations, ensuring mutual goals are met.
    • Act as the primary point of contact within the government, facilitating smooth communication and addressing concerns as they arise.
    • Provide strategic guidance to strategic partners, ensuring they maximize the value of our digital payment solutions for public services.
  • Strategic Partnership Development in the Telecom Sector
    • Leverage strategic partnerships within the telecom sector to create opportunities for collaboration, digital service adoption, and public-sector innovation.
    • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the telecom and strategic sectors that align with our business goals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement integrated telecom-based digital financial solutions for government disbursements, payments, and citizen engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Internal Engagement
    • Work closely with the manager of strategic partnerships and collaborate with various internal teams (product, marketing, legal, etc.).
  • Contract Negotiation & Compliance
    • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and SLAs with strategic partners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure all strategic partnerships comply with internal policies, industry standards, and local regulations, especially in the telecom and digital payments sectors.
