The Clinical Laboratories are a gold standard in laboratory testing, accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). As one of the largest CAP-accredited lab networks globally, we deliver fast and accurate results for routine and specialized testing, accepted nationwide and worldwide.

Your Role and ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities- You will independently perform complex clinical tests daily, ensuring timely preparation of final reports according to procedures manual.
- Assist in teaching junior staff, students, and trainees as per guidelines provided when required.
- Implement safety standards according to Laboratory Safety Manual on a daily basis, following supervisor guidance.
- Ensure junior staff follow laboratory quality manual through visual inspection daily.
- Process and co-sign reports, including negative reports, of lab tests.
- Foster a safe working environment by following safety standards according to the safety manual daily.
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Master's preferred.
- Three to four years' experience as Technologist at AKU or six to seven years of relevant experience at a hospital or laboratory, including two to three years of administrative experience.
- Thorough knowledge of laboratory testing procedures.
- Knowledge of latest developments in medical technology field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
