Seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Senior Client Accountant, supporting the CFO in the Middle East region. Based in our Lahore office, you will be a vital member of our finance shared services center.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Client Accountant, your primary duties will be to provide comprehensive support to the CFO team in areas such as financial reporting, IFRS compliance, FP&A, and other accounting activities. You must be able to execute tasks in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, adhering to established quality standards and directives.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of Financial Statements, IFRS compliance, and group consolidation.
  • FP&A task support.
  • Accounting transaction processing, collection, analysis, and interpretation of accounting records for bookkeeping purposes.
  • Monthly closing process management.
  • Financial statement preparation, finalization, consolidation, and filing according to applicable standards.
  • Tax computation and filing assistance.
  • Statutory filing support.
  • Auditor liaison for audit finalization.
  • Client and auditor follow-up to resolve outstanding matters promptly.
  • Updated accounting database maintenance through systematic data entry.
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • ACCA qualification (or part-qualification with over two years of experience).
  • Minimum two years of post-qualification experience in industry or practice.
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and experience with group consolidations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and manage workload independently.
