About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) specialist. This role will play a key part in driving our organization's CSR agenda, promoting sustainable practices, and ensuring we maintain high standards of corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading CSR initiatives and developing strategies to enhance our social and environmental performance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to CSR efforts.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance our CSR objectives.
  • Managing CSR-related budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds and effective allocation of personnel.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform and improve CSR strategies.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in CSR-related roles, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
