Sustainable Community Livelihood Project Coordinator

The Thardeep Rural Development Programme (TRDP) seeks a highly skilled project coordinator to lead the Sustainable Community Livelihood project, focusing on developing and implementing sustainable community-based initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including donors and partner organizations, to ensure successful project implementation.
  2. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and monitoring.
  3. Travel extensively throughout the region to conduct fieldwork, monitor progress, and provide technical assistance.
  4. Collaborate with local communities, particularly those with limited literacy levels, to design and implement projects that address their needs.

A Master's degree in Social Sciences or a related field is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working as a project coordinator in livelihood projects in Sindh, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to lead diverse project teams and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience working with vulnerable communities, particularly those with limited literacy levels.
