Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new clients, lead and manage existing relationships, and deliver Workforce Transformation services across multiple industries, focusing on areas such as Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management.
- Develop and advance thought leadership, internal and external tools, resources, and training for workforce transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of twelve years of relevant work experience in areas such as Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; preferably ten years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- Experience leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in human capital.
- Prior work managing a portfolio of clients and client activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and leading conversations and creating stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Travel as necessary.

Standard work hours and Personal Time Off are also provided, along with two firmwide breaks each year.
Salary Range: $165,000 - $319,000 (varies by location)
