Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Leverage your expertise in organization design, change management, and talent development to drive business outcomes.">
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management.">
  • Develop and implement thought leadership, internal and external tools, and resources to support workforce transformation efforts.">
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.">

Requirements

">
  • ">
  • A minimum of twelve years of relevant work experience in organization design, change management, and talent development.">
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.">
  • Experience leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space.">
  • Prior work managing a portfolio of clients and client activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and leading conversations and creating stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy.">
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.">
