Job Responsibilities
  • Lead business performance analysis to uncover key insights supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Drive OKR process for the country, setting, cascading, and tracking progress to ensure strategic focus and accountability across functions.
  • Collaborate with Business and Functional Heads to review performance, gather core insights, and co-create solutions improving outcomes.
  • Track and report on key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
  • Manage high-priority, sensitive matters for the office, ensuring discretion, clarity, and strategic alignment in all communications.
  • Lead data management function for the local market and liaise with regional business analytics team for effective data support and BI management.
Key Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a strategic/central function.
  • A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Management Science.
  • Proven expertise in SQL and designing scalable queries to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing the data analysis lifecycle, including problem formulation, data auditing, rigorous analysis, interpretation, recommendations, and stakeholder-ready presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills, distilling complex data into clear insights and effectively communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling business cases supported by data, with a deep understanding of statistical modelling.
  • Experience creating data visualization reports using modern BI Tools.
  • A track record of mentoring analytical teams, fostering innovation, and aligning team outputs with organizational objectives.
  • Cloud-based platform experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Python for reproducible data analysis and familiarity with advanced analytics workflows.
