
Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in India. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in expanding relationships with our existing customers and unlocking their full potential with our products and services. The ideal candidate will focus on driving account growth through strategic planning, identifying and acting on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring maximum satisfaction and value realization for each customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Growth: Develop and execute tailored strategies that align with customer needs and drive revenue expansion.
- Onboarding and Engagement: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new accounts, setting the stage for long-term growth. Maintain consistent, meaningful engagement through regular check-ins, updates, and meetings.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main relationship manager for business and high-value customers, focusing on nurturing long-term, trust-based partnerships that foster growth.
- Growth-Oriented Collaboration: Work closely with support teams to identify opportunities for account growth, including contract renewals, feature adoption, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Customer Success & Retention: Drive customer retention by understanding customer goals, offering solutions tailored to their needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from DigitalOcean's offerings.
- Feedback and Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate by collecting and relaying feedback to Product and Engineering teams, enhancing the overall customer experience and aligning our solutions to drive growth.
