Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage front desk operations, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and employees alike.
  2. Coordinate logistical support for senior management meetings, appointments, and video calls, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and visa processing.
  3. Maintain accurate attendance records for admin staff and provide weekly reports to the department head.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and maintain detailed records.
  5. Provide administrative support to general managers and directors, including document preparation, editing, and minute taking as needed.
  6. Liaise between senior management and company employees, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly.
  7. Manage projects, organize events as required, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  8. Supervise office maintenance and cleaning, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  9. Manage the company vehicle fleet, oversee maintenance, and insurance processes.
Job Specification

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role with proficiency in operating PABX systems.
  3. Experience in business-related travel arrangements and administrative support.
  4. Familiarity with utility agencies and correspondence with vendors.
  5. Knowledge of office security, maintenance, and vehicle insurance processes.
