Job Title: Retail Sales and Inventory Manager

Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales and Inventory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing shop sales and achieving agreed performance targets.

Responsibilities

  1. Generate and monitor all sales within the shop, ensuring a high standard of sales is achieved and profits are maximized.

  2. Optimize sales opportunities by analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes.

  3. Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

  4. Facilitate stock receipt, stock capturing, and stock safety, while ensuring accurate stock taking and correcting discrepancies immediately.

  5. Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers by providing excellent customer service.

  6. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and increase customer satisfaction.

  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in 'Apparel' retail, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
