
Business Development Ambassador

The primary objective of this role is to identify and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach efforts. This entails conducting research, crafting personalized communications, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers at companies that could benefit from our services.
Key Responsibilities- Source new business opportunities via thorough research and strategic outreach initiatives
- Schedule discovery calls and appointments with qualified prospects
- Manage and update CRM records to track interactions and lead status
- Execute tailored email sequences, call scripts, and personalized outreach campaigns
- Effectively address objections using persuasive communication techniques
- Build rapport with potential clients by engaging in professional yet friendly tone
- Collaborate with internal team to synchronize outreach strategies with business capabilities
- At least 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales development, preferably in a B2B environment
- Fluent English speaker with a neutral or light accent
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound tools like Apollo or similar platforms
- Experience scheduling appointments and managing personal or team sales pipelines
- Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
- Proven success with cold calling and cold emailing strategies
A typical day begins with prospecting, identifying leads, researching companies, and creating personalized outreach. You'll send targeted emails, follow up via calls, and log all interactions in the CRM. As prospects respond, you'll qualify them, ask the right questions, and schedule discovery calls.
