Senior Quality Control Professional

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor with 6 years of experience in the accounting industry to ensure exceptional quality standards in our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate quality control inspectors during shift operations.
- Evaluate raw materials, in-process, and finished goods against defined specifications.
- Maintain precise quality control records and compile daily QC reports.
- Detect quality issues or process deviations and report promptly to the Quality Incharge.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve non-conformities and ensure rework or rejection procedures are followed.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality checks.
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation is available.
- Conduct training sessions for quality staff regarding quality standards and procedures.
- Suggest improvements to reduce waste and enhance product consistency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment within the quality area.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in utilizing quality management tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience:- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the packaging or plastic industry, preferably in rotogravure or flexographic printing setups.
- Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques such as sampling, defect categorization, rejection handling, etc.
