Brand Leadership Opportunity

The Brand Executive Director position is a prestigious and renowned role in a leading smartphone brand worldwide, offering excellent career progression.

Directly reporting to the HQ office and Pakistan CEO, this role involves collaborating with the department manager of brand management Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop overall brand strategies in Pakistan, including localizing global brand strategies from HQ.
  2. Identify and select the best media resources, celebrity resources, and co-branding resources to implement brand strategies.
  3. Collaborate with the department manager to set up department structure and working processes.
  4. Build good and healthy relations with stakeholders, including media and business partners.
  5. Monitor, manage, and evaluate the execution of all brand activities, including ATL and BTL.
  6. Localize Visual & PR materials provided by HQ and provide key opinions and advice to relevant colleagues.
  7. Lead the team and coach the team when needed.
Job Specification

Requirements:

Education:
A Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, journalism, or related subjects; overseas education is highly valued.

Language:
A native speaker; fluency in Mandarin or English is mandatory.

  • Minimum 7 years of practical and managerial experience in the marketing/branding field; MNC background preferred.
  • Good communication skills in cross-cultural and cross-departmental coordination contexts.
  • Good team leadership skills; driven, self-motivated, and willing to embrace a diversified culture.
  • Solid knowledge about local media, creativity, and brand activation knowledge.

Willing to travel worldwide for business trips and work in Karachi or Lahore (depending on company requirements).
