Position: Brands Approval Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time (5pm-2am)

Compensation: Market Competitive Package

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brands Approval Specialist to join our Amazon FBA Wholesale team. This is a critical role focused on acquiring and managing brand approvals, ensuring alignment with Amazon compliance and brand guidelines.

What You'll Do:
  • Acquire brand approvals for Amazon FBA wholesale accounts
  • Manage communication and negotiations with brands
  • Represent the company in virtual meetings with brand stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with brand and platform requirements
  • Identify potential brand partnerships and strategize outreach
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in managing brand approvals, ideally within the Amazon FBA wholesale model
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional presence in virtual meetings
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Detail-driven with the ability to multitask across several brand accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Amazon wholesale processes
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Monday, Keepa and other tools
