Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support the delivery and management of ongoing learning initiatives for our workforce. The role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities through targeted programs, maintaining professional standards, and actively supporting career growth.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR and departmental teams to promote a culture of continuous learning. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering learning programs across departments, maintaining records of employee participation, collaborating with trainers to deliver subject-specific modules, and monitoring compliance with policies and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planning and delivery of learning programs across departments
  • Maintain records of employee participation and progress in learning activities
  • Collaborate with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules
  • Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials
  • Monitor compliance with learning policies and professional standards
  • Gather feedback on learning sessions and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Stay updated with industry and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in integrating learning initiatives with broader strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or similar roles
  • Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms

Preferred Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications or CPD-related training (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) are a plus
