Key Requirements:

  • Masters degree with diploma in Hotel Management or Bachelor's degree with hotel/banquet management diploma.
  • 4-5 years of banquet-related/hotel experience.
Responsibilities:

As a Banquet Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Banquet area, ensuring seamless service delivery. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and directing Banquet associates, including captains, servers, lead housemen, and housemen.
  • Meeting with customers to review the Banquet Event Order and address any changes, issues, or problems.
  • Calculating and preparing daily service charges and payroll for accurate and prompt reporting to the Accounting Department.
  • Monitoring and controlling the maintenance and sanitation of Banquet areas and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food and beverage preparation and service.
  • Supervising set up, preparation, service, and tear down of banquet functions.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned by management.
