Job Description:

The Grants and Project Associate works directly with the CBS Management to maintain and optimize grants related data processes and procedures. This includes seeking out national and international grant opportunities, developing proposals in collaboration with LUMS faculty members, managing communication with funding organizations, liaising with the Office of Research for compliance, and ensuring timely submission for grant applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on funding opportunities including grants, consultancies, and sponsorships.
  • Maintain a database of national and international calls for proposals aligned with the Centre's strategic vision.
  • Draft Expression of Interest (EOI) forms for faculty members based on donor requirements.
  • Collaborate with faculty PIs/consultants to develop project designs, draft proposals, identify project partners, and manage budgets.
  • Coordinate the complete grant cycle from application to award stages.
  • Facilitate liaison between the Centre and internal/external stakeholders to explore partnership opportunities.
