Project Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to lead and manage the development of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects such as roads, buildings, bridges, and water systems.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure feasibility, compliance with regulations, and alignment with client goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop and implement construction plans.
  • Oversee the selection of materials and equipment for each project, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and forecasts for materials, labor, and equipment required for each project.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including costs, timelines, and any issues that arise.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, changes, or delays.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in civil engineering or construction management.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and engineering principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
