Concierge Assistant

This role provides an exceptional opportunity to provide top-notch customer service to guests and residents in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think quickly on their feet, and possess a friendly and helpful demeanor.

The Concierge Assistant will be responsible for greeting guests and residents with a warm welcome, handling inquiries via phone, email, or in person, making reservations for services such as dining, transportation, or events, and providing recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on their feet
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
  • Knowledge of Karachi city attractions and amenities
