About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing integration requirements from business stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions, and providing training and support to end-users.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze integration requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, clients, and IT professionals to understand and document integration needs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and countries to analyze the integration needs and data exchange requirements, create data mapping, define API specifications including request/response details, data validations, and message formats; identify business use cases for integration, document the integration document including API request/response samples and get it reviewed and approved with external stakeholders.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman and SoapUI to validate the API request/response and troubleshoot response codes & errors.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure data integrity and functionality.
  • Work with the integration developers and operations support team to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform gap analysis and identify impacts as a result of any changes or enhancements to existing APIs.
  • Ensure all integration processes are thoroughly documented, including data mappings, workflows, message formats, validations, and transformation rules.
  • Maintain version control for all integration documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan the rollout/migration of services to the new API and validate the integration post-implementation.
  • Provide regular status updates and present progress reports for assigned tasks to supervisors and management.
  • Create integration specifications document covering integration flows, data mapping, message formats, sample API payloads, response codes, and logging criteria.
  • Any other task assigned by the line manager/HOD.
