Job Overview

The Audit Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring financial health and regulatory compliance by overseeing internal audits and providing expert advice on internal control.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and Execute Audits: Design, execute, and report operational, financial, and regulatory audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with risk, legal, and other control-related activities to ensure seamless execution of audit plans.
  3. Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify and assess risks, evaluating controls in place to mitigate identified threats.
  4. Perform Audit Procedures: Conduct thorough testing and interviewing techniques to verify control effectiveness and efficiency.
  5. Analyze and Conclude: Draw conclusions on the efficacy of control environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Document Results: Record audit findings in accordance with audit department and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards.
  7. Prepare Reports: Present timely audit reports to executive management, the Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors.
  8. Evaluate Compliance: Assess and promote adherence to internal policies.
  9. Provide Guidance: Offer expert advice on internal control and participate in enhancing internal audit standards and practices.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
