Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for performing audits against various standards, preparing audit programs, and conducting pre-audit briefings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Visit clients to perform audits against different standards.
  2. Prepare audit programs prior to the audit activity and dispatch them at least 1 week before the audit where applicable.
  3. Carry out pre-audit briefings when required in team audits.
  4. Train/update Technical Experts (TEs) on auditing processes according to requirements of relevant standards and auditing guidelines.
  5. Perform as a team leader for the audit team at opening and closing meetings and during the performance of the audit.
  6. Review and approve any non-conformances raised during the audit.
  7. Provide audit reports to the Scheme department within 03 working days after the audit.
  8. Ensure audits and assessments are performed in accordance with requirements as defined in work instructions, procedures, and ISO 17021 guidelines.
  9. Understand the standard ISO 17021 is a must.
  10. Reply to queries related to audit packs raised by the relevant Scheme Office within 24 hours.
  11. Abide by the audit code of conduct and zero-tolerance policy.
  12. Recover invoices from clients at the end of audits.
  13. Responsible for the quality of audit reports, ensuring they are effective and objective, and every report is different and not a copy-paste from previous audits.
  14. Do not take or accept favors from clients either during or after audits.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communications skills in English and Urdu (written/oral).
  • Good public relations (PR) skills.
  • Pleasant personality/presentable.
  • Letter-writing/drafting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint).
