As a Sales Executive at Oxbridge Digital, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and execute plans to achieve sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, collaborate on sales initiatives, and drive business growth.
What Makes a Successful Candidate:
We're looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and a strong work ethic. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field and at least 1 year of sales experience. Fresh graduates with a flair for sales are also encouraged to apply.
