Job Overview:
Our organization seeks a Customer Support Expert to assist clients with queries and concerns. The role involves resolving customer issues via call, ensuring exceptional customer experience aligned with performance objectives and client core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate solutions in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with purchases made through the e-commerce platform.
- Provide empathetic and friendly interactions, maintaining a professional image at all times.
- Offer alternatives for products/items not available on the website.
- Follow established processes and procedures to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with system information, process changes, and upcoming updates.
Requirements:
- Higher secondary education or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
