Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with purchases made through the e-commerce platform.
  • Provide empathetic and friendly interactions, maintaining a professional image at all times.
  • Offer alternatives for products/items not available on the website.
  • Follow established processes and procedures to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated with system information, process changes, and upcoming updates.

Requirements:

  • Higher secondary education or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
