Job Title: HubSpot Automation Specialist
We're seeking an individual who can effectively leverage HubSpot's CRM platform to streamline sales processes, improve data management, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- HubSpot CRM Management:
- Implement, customize, and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain the CRM database to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics and provide valuable insights to sales leadership.
- Collaboration and Training:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration across the organization.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on HubSpot CRM usage and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on new HubSpot features and functionalities.
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Implement data quality control measures to ensure data integrity within HubSpot.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to sales leadership.
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Design and implement new workflows and automation to streamline activities and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and document best practices for sales process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM, ideally with relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software Certification, HubSpot CRM Administration Certification).
- Experience working with/ability and desire to learn GONG Solution.
- Experience working with/ability and desire to learn PandaDocs Solution.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Skills:
- CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM functionalities, including workflows, lead scoring, contact management, and reporting.
- Data Management: Strong data management skills, including data entry, data cleansing, and data analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with sales teams and other departments.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues within HubSpot CRM and find effective solutions.
