Job Title: HubSpot Automation Specialist

We're seeking an individual who can effectively leverage HubSpot's CRM platform to streamline sales processes, improve data management, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. HubSpot CRM Management:
    1. Implement, customize, and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    2. Manage and maintain the CRM database to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
    3. Create and manage dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics and provide valuable insights to sales leadership.
  2. Collaboration and Training:
    1. Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration across the organization.
    2. Provide training and support to sales team members on HubSpot CRM usage and best practices.
    3. Stay up-to-date on new HubSpot features and functionalities.
  3. Data Management and Analysis:
    1. Implement data quality control measures to ensure data integrity within HubSpot.
    2. Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
    3. Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to sales leadership.
  4. Sales Process Optimization:
    1. Design and implement new workflows and automation to streamline activities and enhance efficiency.
    2. Develop and document best practices for sales process.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM, ideally with relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software Certification, HubSpot CRM Administration Certification).
  3. Experience working with/ability and desire to learn GONG Solution.
  4. Experience working with/ability and desire to learn PandaDocs Solution.
  5. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

  1. CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM functionalities, including workflows, lead scoring, contact management, and reporting.
  2. Data Management: Strong data management skills, including data entry, data cleansing, and data analysis.
  3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with sales teams and other departments.
  5. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues within HubSpot CRM and find effective solutions.
