Sales Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to lead our daily B2B sales efforts, brand communication, and business development initiatives in the Central Region.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
Main Accountabilities:
- Drive sales growth through the development and implementation of high-impact sales strategies, leveraging thorough competitive data analysis and demand forecasting.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales programs, enhance customer engagement, and boost revenue.
- Design and deploy targeted sales initiatives to elevate brand visibility, foster positive perception, and drive business expansion.
- Manage and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform strategic planning and drive optimal business outcomes.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is mandatory. 7+ years of B2B sales experience in HR, Banking, or Software Industries is desired, along with a passion for driving results and leading high-performance sales teams.
