At SpikeDevs, we are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our development team and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. They will also conduct user research, translate insights into design improvements, and ensure consistency in visual design and interaction patterns across projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need 6 months to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is required. You will also need a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process, as well as an understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements
  • Evaluate designs based on feedback and performance metrics
Requirements
