Job Title: Assistant Examination Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our examination processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with invigilators to coordinate test logistics.
  • Oversee examinations from start to finish, ensuring accurate attendance records.
  • Receive and process applications from different locations, organizing seating plans for exams.
  • Generate essential MIS reports (Recruitment enrolment report, ISQ fee reconciliation report).
  • Assist the HR Manager in recruiting invigilators annually.
  • Dispatch examination papers to examiners as needed.
  • Verify and supervise pay order payments.
  • Project a professional image by responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
  • Gather client feedback and use it to improve services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and others.
  • Establish high standards for judging professional behavior.
  • Promote teamwork to achieve results through collaboration and adaptability.
  • Develop a system for ongoing learning and growth to solve problems effectively.
