Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with invigilators for tests.
  • Conduct examinations from start to finish and check attendance according to seating plans.
  • Collect applications from different locations and organize seating plans for exam sessions.
  • Prepare various MIS reports (Recruitment enrolment report, ISQ fee reconciliation report).
  • Assist the HR Manager with the annual recruitment of invigilators.
  • Ensure examination papers are dispatched to examiners as required.
  • Review and supervise pay order payments.
  • Maintain corporate image by responding promptly to routine inquiries and requests for information.
  • Liaise with clients, ascertain feedback, and incorporate it to facilitate improvement.
  • Provide a consistent, quality standard of service delivery to staff, students, and others as appropriate.
  • Set high standards for judging professional behavior.
  • Encourage team building to deliver results through cooperation and flexibility.
  • Create a system of continuous exposure and training to develop effective solutions.

  • 5 years of experience.
