Job Title: Polymer Filling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Polymer Filling Specialist to join our team. As a Polymer Filling Specialist, you will be responsible for operating machines that fill pouches with the correct quantity of product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate pouch filling machines as per product and pouch size requirements.
  • Product Filling: Fill pouches with the correct quantity of product (oil, Ghee, etc.).
  • Maintenance: Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for speed, temperature, and sealing as needed.
  • Loading Materials: Loading packaging materials into the machine.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the machine is running smoothly and without interruption. Regularly check filled pouches for weight, seal integrity, Coder Digit/thermal printing, and overall packaging quality.
  • Troubleshooting: Report any defect or quality issue to the supervisor immediately. Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Product Inspection: Inspect products for quality and consistency.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Issue Reporting: Identify and report any issues or defects.
