Job Title: Senior Security Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Security Executive to lead and supervise our Security Services Department, ensuring the security and safety of our assets and resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures across all regions and zones.
  • Supervise the maintenance and effective operation of security equipment, including CCTV cameras, arms, and wireless communication sets.
  • Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance systems, inspect assets and access points to maintain foolproof security measures.
  • Accompany teams on raids to check and control gas theft or illegal use.
  • Minimize gas theft through operational protocols for intelligence, prosecution, and operations.
  • Coordinate with the Security Department to take corrective actions based on investigation reports and evidence.
  • Ensure legal compliance and organizational stability by implementing effective security measures.
  • Act as a focal point for government agencies and undertake additional tasks assigned by senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from an ex-armed forces background with experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Minimum age requirement is 57 years.
