Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads in the IT industry.
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their fit with our products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach campaigns.
- Track and report lead generation performance, including call metrics and client feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, Information technology or related field from a reputed institution.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in lead generation (cold calling) within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including web development, app development, and design.
