Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-powered solutions.
  • Align product direction with market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Requirement Gathering & Roadmap Planning:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather, prioritize, and define clear product requirements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on AI trends and emerging use cases.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure seamless development and delivery of AI features.
  • Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Customer-Centric Design:
  • Ensure that AI solutions offer intuitive, efficient, and responsible user experiences.
  • Balance innovation with usability, customer feedback, and performance insights.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Track product KPIs, user behavior, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Make data-informed decisions and adjust the roadmap based on user and market feedback.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement:
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Communicate product strategy, status, and results clearly to all levels of the organization.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.
  • 8 to 12+ years of experience, including hands-on product management of AI or ML-powered solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and platforms.
  • Proven track record of launching successful AI-driven products.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid work model.
  • Must be willing to travel for short-term assignments as per project needs.
