Private Label Accounting Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Accountant to manage our Ecommerce Private Label operations' financial aspects. This includes analyzing financial data, maintaining accurate ledgers, and managing expenses, subscriptions, and profit/loss statements.
Key Requirements:
- Financial Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Ledger Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date ledger entries for all financial transactions, adhering to accounting standards and regulations.
- Expense Monitoring: Track and verify expenses related to Ecommerce Private Label operations, allocating costs accurately.
- Subscription Management: Calculate and manage subscriptions paid by the company, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and maintain detailed profit and loss statements, providing regular reports to management for performance evaluation.
- Ecommerce Platform Experience: Leverage proficiency in Shopify to manage financial transactions, inventory, and sales data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Accounting Software Skills: Utilize accounting software such as Dynamics 365, Tally ERP, or QuickBooks to record and reconcile financial transactions efficiently.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial records and reports, making necessary corrections or adjustments as required.
- Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports and statements on a regular basis, summarizing key financial information for decision-making purposes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
