We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.

  1. Market Research: Conduct thorough analysis of global markets to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends. Stay up-to-date on market conditions, regulations, and cultural nuances that may impact sales strategies.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop comprehensive sales plans to enter new markets, expand the customer base, and increase revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and tactics.
  3. Business Development: Identify and engage with potential clients and business partners globally. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Attend industry events to generate leads and promote products/services.
  4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients worldwide, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to secure profitable deals.
  5. Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide ongoing support and address inquiries to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, including KPIs, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
  7. Collaboration and Coordination: Work with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Coordinate with global distributors, agents, and partners to maximize sales reach and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in international sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of global markets, cultural differences, and business practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and MS Office suite.
