Job Title

We are seeking a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, creativity, and business acumen to drive our digital marketing efforts and provide IT support.

  • Create and execute long-term marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Design and implement compelling online marketing campaigns to engage our target audience.
  • Manage our digital media archives, including photos and videos, to showcase our brand's identity.
  • Create and promote engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Liaise with the management team to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular performance reports using Google Analytics to track campaign success.
  • Optimize website content for search engines to enhance internet search rankings.
  • Lead keyword research and optimization efforts to improve online visibility.
  • Ensure all communications and marketing materials align with our brand standards.
  • Produce high-quality marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track campaign success.
  • Report results to senior management teams.
  • Maintain and update our WordPress website regularly.
  • Provide hands-on IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services to employees.
About This Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in WordPress website management.
  • Excellent designing and marketing skills demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
  • Proven SEO and SMM experience.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and backlink analysis.
  • Strong organization, planning, and creativity skills.
  • Ability to understand and implement best marketing practices on major social media platforms.
  • Superior communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant applications.
