Job Opportunity: Allied Health Science Leader
We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to lead the development of effective lesson plans, assessment papers, and learning support materials for our allied health science programs. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of pedagogy and curriculum design, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality lesson plans, assessment papers, and learning support materials for allied health science courses.
- Provide on-job support and guidance to teachers, including auditing papers and conducting sessions with students.
- Organize and deliver training and development programs for academic staff.
- Familiarize yourself with local curriculum requirements and BISE paper patterns for Punjab, Federal, and KPK Boards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of your activities and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, health sciences).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching or curriculum development.
- Strong knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, Pakistan.
