Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development and implementation of evidence-based Antenatal Care (ANC) programs in India.

The successful candidate will design, conduct, and monitor activities that provide quality and timely programmatic support to health providers, health facilities, and other relevant stakeholders.

This role requires strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The Program Officer will report directly to the State Program Officer (SPO) in their respective state.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement program activities to improve maternal and child health outcomes.
  • Provide technical assistance to health providers and facilities to enhance their capacity to deliver quality ANC services.
  • Monitor and evaluate program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, medicine, or social sciences.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the field of maternal and child health.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
