Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality of our software applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks to enable development teams to write tests efficiently;
  • Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts using various tools such as playwright and selenium;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, SA/BA, and DEV teams to understand requirements and ensure that our software meets the desired standards;
  • Performing various types of testing including acceptance, API, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing;
  • Logging defects and providing clear communication on test results and status;
  • Providing UAT and PROD support to ensure seamless deployment of software;
  • Maintaining and improving existing testing infrastructure and tools.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in building test automation frameworks and automating web applications using playwright and selenium;
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, etc., and debugging techniques;
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Jenkins-Pipelines, Git;
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools like Quality Center or any other test management tools;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
