Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring seamless functioning and high standards of quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, infrastructure, procurement, and workplace quality. Key responsibilities include supply chain management, maintenance, supporting expansion projects, and ensuring a smooth office experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office is fully operational with optimal efficiency
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
  • Support sustainability and cost-efficiency initiatives
  • Create operational documentation and audit workflows
  • Manage supplies, vendor relations, inventory, and office assets
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, and infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate with IT and network teams for infrastructure needs
  • Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Manage expenses, bookkeeping, and vendor performance
  • Handle kitchen operations and organize events
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and asset management
  • Prepare operational reports and dashboards

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, documentation, and vendor management skills
  • Ability to multitask, lead infrastructure projects, and ensure safety standards
  • Hands-on approach with ownership and responsibility
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and communication tools
