Software Engineer

Job Description:

This role involves developing high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code following solid principles. You will work independently to clarify technical requirements, develop coding estimates, and apply a broad range of design approaches to bring innovative solutions.

As a member of our engineering team, you will review code from other team members and provide constructive feedback. You will also strive to raise the bar on engineering excellence and drive continuous improvement of software quality, customer experience, and maintainability of products/features.

Your responsibilities will include mentoring and leading developers, cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding, conducting quality reviews, evaluating root cause analysis, and ensuring the global platform architecture provides excellent agility, functionality, scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science
  • Solid Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
  • Good Knowledge of Multithreading
  • Proficiency in at Least One Programming Language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Typescript)
  • Working Knowledge of Git
  • Ability to Work Independently
  • Self-Driven with a Can-Do Attitude
  • Collaborative Team Player with Excellent Communication Skills
