Key Responsibilities

  2. Software Deployment and Troubleshooting: Assist in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  3. Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and optimize products and services accordingly.
  4. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  5. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for customers to help them effectively utilize software solutions, enhancing their productivity and efficiency.
  6. Quality Assurance: Participate in testing software updates and new features to ensure quality and functionality before deployment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service or software support is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in software implementation and training.
