We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support professional to join our team during the night shift. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation, encompassing IT systems, networking, and software troubleshooting in business and software environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues with meticulous attention to detail.
  2. Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and high system availability.
  3. Respond to and resolve user inquiries, system alerts, and support operational tasks efficiently.
  4. Assist with software configurations, installations, and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Collaborate closely with the development and operations teams for system improvements and best practices sharing.
  6. Maintain accurate logs and reports for technical issues and resolutions, facilitating knowledge transfer and process optimization.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role is required.
  2. Experience in IT support, Anydesk, and technical troubleshooting is highly valued.
  3. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic network troubleshooting techniques is essential.
  4. Strong understanding of remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems is necessary.
  5. Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision is crucial.
