Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a professional to manage social media postings across various platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • This role requires monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and effectiveness of postings, providing regular reports.
  • Collaboration with designers to develop visually appealing branding materials, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Seamless execution of branding initiatives and campaigns will require coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • This position may involve supporting special projects and initiatives related to branding and social media management as needed.
  • The ability to record meeting minutes for the Brand Committee is also essential.

Skill Requirements:
  • A strong background in branding, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Numerical literacy, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures using spreadsheets is expected.
  • Digital media management experience, including social media, content creation, and website management, is required.
  • Adaptability to changes and ability to work under pressure are must-haves.
  • Familiarity with the challenges faced by the IT Industry would be advantageous.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
