Job Title: Regional Operations Lead

As a key team member, you will be responsible for leading the operational team to achieve set goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to advance ICAP's interests in the region while cultivating strong relationships with members, regulatory bodies, students, and industry professionals.

You will oversee financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as well as prepare regular reports on committee activities and achievements.

Additional responsibilities include organizing seminars, conferences, and workshops to support professional development and networking ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies managing secretarial responsibilities.

  • Lead the operational team to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to advance ICAP's interests in the region.
  • Cultivate relationships with members, regulatory bodies, students, and industry professionals.
  • Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Marketing or Finance from a HEC recognized university, or completed articleship and be CAF Qualified or ACMA. A minimum of 4-6 years of working experience in managing stakeholder engagement and leading teams is also required.
