We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Associate to join our team for a temporary position in the field of Food Science & Technology. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to work on a project that focuses on the impact of fruit processing modes on extracted juice quality using conventional vs. innovative technologies.

About the Project

The project, titled "Impact of Fruit Processing Modes on Extracted Juice Quality", has a remaining duration of 16 months. The successful candidate will be required to sign a bond for the entire duration of the project.

Job Description

We are looking for a Research Associate to work in both field and laboratory settings, including raw material collection, physicochemical analyses, preparing project reports, writing new proposals, and manuscript writing. The ideal candidate should have good working experience related to physicochemical analyses and report writing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science & Technology or equivalent
  • Candidate must be enrolled in Ph.D. Food Science & Technology
  • Good working experience related to physicochemical analyses and report writing
Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an honorarium of Rs. 20,000 per month. The contract duration is 4 months, renewable for 1 year.
