We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with our fleet partners, drive business growth, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably in the ride-hailing or logistics industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with fleet partners to drive business growth and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • - Establish and monitor monthly acquisition targets for fleet partners, ensuring overall city targets are met or exceeded.
  • - Design, implement, and follow up on partner acquisition initiatives to drive growth, retention, and operational efficiency.
  • - Oversee the execution of vehicle branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and adherence to company branding guidelines.
  • - Conduct training sessions for partner staff on acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency best practices, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • - Ensure seamless execution of headquarters' strategies at the partner level, facilitating effective communication and alignment.
Requirements:
  • - Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
  • - 3+ years of work experience in operations management, preferably in ride-hailing, logistics, or similar industries
  • - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • - Strong leadership and team management skills
  • - Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on process optimization
