Job Overview

Aspen Group, a leading organization, is embarking on an exciting venture to establish innovative platforms that bridge buyers and suppliers through intelligent B2B solutions. We are looking for highly skilled senior full-stack developers who can spearhead the development of our end-to-end platform architecture, leveraging expertise in PHP and React.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both front-end and back-end development, creating and delivering a technical roadmap, and building or integrating products and platforms that balance speed to market, scalability, and differentiation. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of open-source software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust platform architecture using PHP and React
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing and developing cutting-edge solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver project requirements
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and accessible applications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in full-stack development

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in PHP development, preferably in a startup or product-based company
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (Laravel, Yii, etc.)
  • Understanding of MVC design patterns
  • Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
  • Experience with SEO and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap
  • Hands-on experience with Angular, CouchDB, and/or MongoDB
  • Relational database skills with MySQL
  • Experience building RESTful JSON web services
